Nose Re-Surgery

I went to five consultations for revision rhinoplasty, and the opinions are so different,,

I had consultations for revision rhinoplasty, and since my goal is to improve my blunt-looking nose, while doing revision of the nasal bridge + nasal tip, opinions on alar reduction are split half and half. 1 Does not recommend it. Says raising only the nasal tip is enough. A natural-glam to glamorous style; I canceled the surgery booking because of material issues. 2 Says my nostrils are already small, so it is a bit uncertain, but suggested doing just a little. (But they would do it with an incision, and said the nostrils could become much smaller..?) 3 Says my nose is not one that needs alar reduction. If the goal is improving a bulbous nose, they do not recommend surgery itself 4 Recommends alar reduction, but says I can do the nasal bridge + nasal tip first and add it later. Natural to natural-glam style 5 Says because my nostrils are small, decide on incisional alar reduction after raising the nasal tip first. Since it spreads a lot when I smile, they recommend non-incisional alar reduction. I have to request CCTV viewing by the day before surgery, so I passed on this place.. What would everyone do?? I decided on hospital 4, but opinions on alar reduction are split half and half, so I don't know whether I should do it during surgery or decide after seeing the result after surgery... Originally I wasn't thinking about it, but since the director at the hospital I chose recommended alar reduction, I don't know what to do. I'll attach photos of my current nose condition
