Question for people who had early total removal and for people who had total removal later. Breathing is completely the same as before surgery with the original nose shape, and I don’t feel much discomfort or a big sense of foreignness while breathing. What about the shape? Most of them went back looking like the original nose. I had surgery with a silicone nasal dorsum, and septal plus ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but I am just thinking about early removal.
