Nose Re-Surgery

I had my nasal tip lifted with the septum, but it is twisted too much and I’m going for revision surgery...

I had surgery in 2011. At that time, I didn’t think much about it and just trusted a friend’s junior and had it done. Honestly, I was unhappy with it right after surgery, but I thought it would be okay once the swelling went down, so I let it pass. Back then I should have asked to restore it to the original shape. Anyway, I only raised the tip with the septum, but it is severely twisted. I don’t know if this is the cause, but I also developed septal deviation. What I want is to correct only the crooked part and return to my old nose shape. I should not have had surgery; I regret it so much. I had consultations in my area too. Some said to use dermal tissue, but I really do not want anything inserted into my nose. They keep saying I have to use all of my ear cartilage, but I also don’t want ear cartilage… If I used septum alone to raise the tip, is correction impossible without ear cartilage? And it felt like a chain-style hospital wasn’t a good fit for me. A private clinic seems better, so please also advise me on that part. I’m very afraid of surgery, but if I leave it, I think it will twist more and get worse (I can’t breathe well now). And it became too pointy, which bothers me too. What should I do..
