Is autologous costal cartilage really the only answer no matter what? If anyone had it done with another material, please let me know Autologous costal cartilage honestly feels too scary and like such a major surgery, so I did schedule my surgery with donated rib cartilage, but I only see donated rib cartilage mentioned here and there. I’m also curious about people who used other materials, but most of what I see is only autologous costal cartilage.
