The reason is simply that I can’t get used to how I look… My nose used to be droopy and long, and after lifting it, my nostrils became visible from the front, my columella got shorter too, and I miss my old face Right now I look a bit like a baby pig lol I’m 2 months post-op with autologous costal cartilage, and my side profile is, well, good enough to rival a celebrity nose, but it doesn’t really suit my image haha But even if I remove it, it’s not like I can go back to my natural nose, and I feel like my nose will get bulky, and I’ll probably end up with all kinds of new dissatisfaction again, sigh
