I had my first surgery 3 years ago, and ever since the splint came off I didn’t like the shape, and the silicone implant was also crooked. So I went around for consultations for revision surgery this time. But during my first surgery, while correcting my bulbous nose, they removed a lot of skin, so now my skin has become thin, my nasal tip is hard, and the silicone shows through. They said that in my current nose condition, they can’t really touch the nasal tip much, so I narrowed my list down to clinics that do stem cell revision rhinoplasty. I already went for a consultation at Honesty, and at first I liked it because they have a stem cell research lab inside the clinic and they seemed to create a more dramatic line. But I’m hesitating because there was a price difference for same-day booking, and writing a review seemed almost mandatory. Looking at the premium reputation, it also seems a bit uncertainㅜ I’d like a place that uses autologous costal cartilage well and creates a more dramatic result rather than a natural one.
