I had surgery on Monday, December 5, starting in the morning~ I almost had it done together with my eye surgery three years ago, but my parents objected, so I couldn’t do it then and only got it done now.. Meanwhile, I’d been lurking around and reading here, so I was really worried, and at the same time excited too, but after getting it done I feel so relieved. My glabella was a bit low and the tip of my nose was rather blunt.. It was within the range of a short nose, but not severe.. So while I was going around for consultations, out of the three places I liked and that had reasonable prices, I had it done at the one that gave me the best consultation.. According to the specialist, my glabella isn’t actually low, but because my eyes protrude;; it only looks low. My forehead isn’t the kind that sticks out much, so they said that unless it was done together, they absolutely couldn’t raise it more than 1 to 2 mm.. I debated osteotomy, but they said I probably didn’t need it.. They said we could make the tip slimmer by lengthening it a bit and tying the cartilage, so they used ear cartilage and septal cartilage to work on the tip. From the side, the alar area had a lot of tissue hanging down underneath, and they said we should reduce that, but they also said it might not all be possible at once, so I’m not sure whether that was done now or not. Anyway, I came back after surgery aiming to make the glabella and tip of the nose slimmer. The photos aren’t organized yet;; I’ll upload them later~ But really, on the day of surgery, the next day, and even until the morning of the third day, my face kept swelling little by little to the point where I thought it would burst, and it was scary. I couldn’t even sleep properly.. But starting yesterday it began to go down a bit, and the swelling moved from my eyes and cheekbones down to my cheeks~ and this morning I slept deeply, but even though my eyes were still a little swollen, after showering it went down quickly. Only my cheeks are puffy. lol Like I’m holding candy in my mouth. I want to take the tape off quickly, but I heard it comes off around day 5.. I’m posting before going to the hospital for treatment~ But the swelling in the nasal tip and alae on day 4 isn’t the real thing, right? Once the swelling goes down, will the alae become slimmer?

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
