Hello everyone.. I'm continuing from surgery review (1) below, no. 1740.. I had surgery on December 1, and after 7 days, all the stitches were removed. I'll write a few things everyone is curious about.. On the day of surgery, December 1, my nose looked absolutely fantastically pretty.. Really, it didn't hurt at all.. On the 2nd, red swelling started between my eyebrows, so I went to the clinic, got one antibiotic injection, had dressing done, came home, did cold compresses, slept and woke up, and it was completely gone.. On the 3rd, a slight pale yellow bruise appeared around my eyes.. On the 4th, the yellow bruising disappeared and my cheeks swelled so much they felt like they would burst. Only until the 4th, I did cold compresses while listening to music (Lee Hyori, Chae Yeon, Ivy), fun songs like those, and honestly I enjoyed it.. On the 5th, I went to the clinic and the doctor removed the tape.. They told me to eat lots of tasty food.. The moment the tape came off, I was nervous.. Just seeing my changed nose in the mirror was exciting.. The nurses told me to go around without a mask.. It was an open rhinoplasty and the stitches were tied on the outside too, but it was really seamless-looking and not noticeable.. I met an older friend, went to a PC room... On the 6th, they removed the stitches from the costal cartilage area (right 9th rib), where about 3 cm had been stitched horizontally at the very bottom, and removed the stitches tied on the outside of the nose from the open approach.. On the 8th, today, exactly 7 full days after surgery, all procedures ended with removal of the stitches tied inside the nose.. The doctor congratulated me too.. My original nose had a low bridge, short length, a bulbous tip, and was slightly upturned like a short upturned nose... From between the eyebrows, they raised the bridge with 1.5 mm silicone, gathered and supported the columella with costal cartilage, and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip... There is no bruising, and facial swelling is not severe, so it doesn't feel real that I had surgery.. I'm completely happy, and more than anything, I'm glad because it feels like I won a valuable victory in the 1-year fight with myself.. Thank you to the two people who came all the way to the clinic today.. I'll upload photos on Saturday.. Although I am a member of this community, I did get consultations at 3-4 specific clinics said to be good here in this community, but I didn't get a feel for them, so I chose the clinic purely based on my own judgment.. Because it was a rhinoplasty-specialized clinic, I trusted it and believed in it.. That said, sometimes when I see everyone's posts, people say they had their nose done at famous places for 4 million or 7 million won.... My rhinoplasty cost was 2.9 million won.. Since it didn't exceed 3 million, it's expensive, but the cost isn't that extremely high.. More than anything, the result is good.. I'm satisfied.. Since I had almost no columella, I used costal cartilage instead of septal cartilage.. I also had a procedure using ear cartilage to pull up the muscles at the nasal tip. Both were developed by the doctor.. I hope everyone succeeds too..
