My face shape is especially round, I have a lot of cheek fat, and I tend to swell often. I am thinking of getting Botox and cheek fat injections together. Would it be effective? I have quite a lot of muscle mass and a lot of cheek fat too.. I have not had a consultation yet, but I do not think this round face will get smaller with Botox alone.
