For my first procedure, on January 14, I had cosmetic surgery to enhance my nose and anterior chin. For the nose, instead of silicone, they extracted my own fat and injected it, and they also put fat into my anterior chin. They call this fat grafting. Originally, the surgery was only supposed to be for my nose and anterior chin, but after surgery I saw that not only my nose and anterior chin, but also my forehead and the area around my nose had been injected with fat. (The nurses told me that the doctor in charge looked kindly on me because I live diligently.) After surgery, my nose looked longer, the area between my eyebrows became higher, and my rounded nasal tip also became sharper. The most fascinating thing was that my protruding mouth looked like it had receded. Next week, as the second stage, I will receive ptosis correction double eyelid surgery. The reason I ended up getting plastic surgery like this is that, after graduating high school, going to university, and experiencing society while working, I painfully realized that our country has lookism. My nose was also a huge complex for me, and my sharp-looking eyes were a complex too, so I made up my mind about plastic surgery and decided to have the procedure. But I thought it would not be right to ask my family elders, who are not financially well-off, for money just because their son wanted plastic surgery, so I began saving money myself, and after 2 years of working, I had the surgery. I originally live outside Seoul, and honestly, because it was my face, I worried even more, no less than other women, and for about a month I personally looked into plastic surgery clinics in Seoul. Of course, before that I had already looked into everything online, cosmetic surgery cafes, and this community as well. While researching like that, I came to know the hospital where I had surgery, and when I consulted with the director, in one word, it really struck my heart. The doctor was a woman, and although I had been to numerous hospitals, not once (among the hospitals I had chosen) had it been easy to meet a female doctor, and I also had the belief that of course male doctors would be better, but after meeting the female doctor who operated on me, I realized that what I had thought had only been a concern. I handed over the money I had saved all that time to the hospital in cash and said just one thing. I know my face is worse than Oh Ji-heon (comedian) (I’m sorry to comedian Oh Ji-heon), but I’m not hoping to become Jang Dong-gun through plastic surgery. I just don’t want to hear people say I’m ugly. That’s what I told them.. As I handed over the money and thought that I was really having surgery, I was nervous.. On the other hand, I also looked forward to my changed appearance, but the nervousness was greater. I don’t think men should criticize women who become prettier through plastic surgery. Only now have I come to understand that behind it, women must also have many worries and conflicts. My friends and family say comedian Oh Ji-heon now gives off a slight Shim Tae-yoon vibe, but how does it look to everyone? Please give me an objective evaluation.
