I had surgery 3 years ago. I looked up tons of reviews and even privately messaged someone who had actually had the surgery to confirm there were no side effects, then after a quick KakaoTalk consultation I went ahead with the surgery. I paid in cash and got a bit of a discount, but I do not remember the exact amount. They said that if I did the jaw and cheekbones together, they would also do fat grafting, but I was scared, so I let that go. Thinking about it now, it is funny that I was scared of fat grafting while getting my jaw shaved too. After the surgery, all the staff had already gone home, but the director kept checking my condition, and even when I left the hospital late, they took care of everything, including stopping by the pharmacy to get my medicine. They also told me to sleep after the surgery, but I was in so much pain that I stayed up on my phone and got caught... They yelled at me like crazy... I thought they were going to lose it. Anyway, I guess I was on edge because I was worried the recovery might go badly... I went once for a follow-up check after the surgery and never went back again. I had no side effects and I am fairly satisfied. Having the jaw and cheekbones done does not make the face look dramatically smooth. It feels like the lines were just a little more refined. I guess that is because my square jaw and cheekbones were not that severe to begin with.
