I'm not on the heavy side, but it was stressful that my lines didn't feel feminine. I found a hospital that shapes the lines really well, lol, and the reviews were exactly my style, so I put down a deposit and had the surgery. Now I think I understand why the chief surgeon and manager emphasized the lines so much!
