After nose surgery, can I get filler for the hollowed area?

It's almost been 5 months since my nose surgery.. My nose had a slight hump, so my bridge was somewhat high.. Maybe they shaved and cut too much bone... after surgery, the area over the bridge is a bit sunken... so the bridge looks slightly curved. I wanted a slightly straight bridge no matter what... I want to fill in the bridge area with something... I currently have silicone laid in place, less than 2 mm thick... What filler injection would be good on top of that? Something with few side effects, low absorption, and that lasts a bit longer..ㅡㅡ;; I heard the longer it lasts, the higher the concern about side effects, but I'm worried!! Anyway, I'm going to ask the hospital where I had the surgery to fill in the hollowed area with filler again.. Before surgery, I saved all kinds of photos and showed them the shape of the bridge, telling them not to make it like that at all, and they made it exactly like that..ㅡㅡ;; In other words, they seem to have only done it to the extent of their own skill.. And I heard Botox can also make the nose look slimmer and higher.. The top of my nose a bit above the tip... the right side of the bridge feels protruded on the outside, and I want just that part to be made a little more concave... Can Botox produce that kind of effect too?? Please share some information.
