Today I finally came back after treating the injury from the military.. Even while having surgery at the clinic, this was all I could think.. Do I have to live like this..? After nose surgery, won’t it be uncomfortable from now on..?^^;; But the surgery was already underway... I had it under sleep anesthesia. During the roughly 5 minutes I was asleep, they had given all the anesthetic injections to my ear and nose.. I heard auditory hallucinations and it felt like riding a roller coaster about 20 times~ㅋㅋ I couldn’t tell at all whether it was a dream or reality.. Later, once I started hearing the director’s voice clearly, the atmosphere suddenly started to feel scary. But strangely, my mind gradually became more comfortable. I think it was because there was no pain at all.. I heard the sound of the nasal bone being rasped.. And the thing that gave me the strongest aversion was, more than the sound of rasping the nasal bone, the sound of removing the ear cartilage..>.< I think the surgery took about 2 hours.. The director was extremely meticulous.. He kept working on it until I was satisfied.. And at the end, the director said we should lower the nasal bridge between the eyes a little more. I thought it seemed fine. Actually, I didn’t really know.^^;;; But the director explained it to me. He said that as the swelling goes down, it might look too straight, so lowering it a little more would look much more natural.. He asked me what I thought.. So I said okay unconditionally. It seemed like his eye for this was very accurate.. My nasal tip was also very droopy, asymmetrical, and slightly deviated to the right. It had been badly damaged. He said that to correct that completely, the surgery would become very extensive. Still, he said he would make it as natural as possible within the current limits, so honestly I was a little anxious at first. But when he showed me later, he really did an amazing job on the nasal tip^^;;; And his gentle voice really seemed to wipe away the patient’s anxiety. Because he was so meticulous.. I felt bored at one point. I kept asking, “Is it all done?”^^;; You can roughly tell how meticulous he was, right?^^;;;;;; Because he paid so much attention, he even turned on the air conditioner midway. ㅎㅎㅎ At first, since I was getting my nose fixed anyway, I asked him to make it like Kwon Sang-woo’s. But the director really was different. Other places only said they would make it exactly the same, but the director felt my nose this way and that, then said it couldn’t be made exactly the same because of my alar base. He said that to make it exactly the same, the alar base would also need to be touched, but that would leave a scar, so he did not recommend it. And he said each person needs a nose that suits their face, and that he would make a nose that suits my face as much as possible^^;; I’m satisfied..ㅎㅎ I’ll know once the swelling goes down.. but when he showed me in the mirror, it looked really natural. Since it was an open approach, I’ll have to do my best with scar care^^;; Even before doing the open approach, he gave me time to think. Anyway, since I already had the nose surgery.. I need to wait for it to become natural.. Everyone~~ don’t worry too much!!! And before surgery, make sure to research a lot before doing it! Don’t just trust what people say about which place is good. I think it’s best to go in person!! Everyone, everyone, become pretty~~^^ ps: My ear doesn’t hurt.. but my head feels dizzy. I’m also bleeding a little from the nose^^;;; Eating food is really uncomfortable too.. I truly respect everyone here.^^;;;
