I’m planning to have nose surgery this time, and because I have a fleshy nose, if I also do the tip, that means an open approach, right? They said they would use the septum.. So,, after surgery, if the tip is also done, how long does it take for the swelling to go down? Some people say it got even more bulbous, and some say it never goes down, so I’m a bit nervous
