Worried for two months now..

It’s been a little over two months since my revision rhinoplasty. I had the glabella kept at its original height, and had osteotomy (wide nasal bones), alar work, and septal extension. But the nasal bridge is higher than before, and there’s a step on the dorsum. I kept thinking it was swelling, or an optical illusion because the osteotomy made my nose narrower, but just in case, I went to the hospital after 70 days. They said the bridge seems too high, and whether the silicone didn’t settle properly, or it’s inflammation, or fluid has collected, there is a problem. They gave me an injection, prescribed one week of antibiotics, and told me to come back in a week. They reassured me not to worry too much, saying that if it is inflammation, they would take responsibility and take care of it. Since this was a revision surgery, I think it was my mistake to just assume it was swelling and let it pass. One side of my alar area was unusually hard, and scar tissue inside my nose was protruding, but swelling goes down unevenly so often, so I just thought that was all it was. They said the silicone had a problem and was pushing the tissue out into the inside of my nose, and asked why I didn’t come earlier. When I went after 20 days before that, they seemed busy and just glanced over it roughly. From after one month, I drank alcohol without thinking much, and I guess I was way too carefree. Everyone, if you feel like something is wrong, please go to the hospital quickly. Even if you call, how would the nurses know without seeing it directly? When I had it done at the same hospital two years ago, nothing happened, but after coming back from the hospital today, I suddenly feel really scared. I wonder if I did something unnecessary. If by any chance a problem happens and I have to do it again, there’s the issue of taking time off, and I hate the thought of going through that tedious recovery period again, and I’d be annoyed by the “I told you so” looks from people around me. Anyway, I just really hope I don’t end up on the operating table again around Lunar New Year next year.
