I had surgery at 10:30 a.m., and it had been a little over 30 minutes, so it finished really quickly ^ㅡ^ㅋ So I came home, preemptively got scared, took a painkiller, did cold compresses once, and with my eyes feeling tight and blurry I’m writing this - lol I had it done at the place in Cheongju that’s said to be good ^ㅡ^ I’m originally from Cheongju, so honestly I never planned on going somewhere far away ^ㅡ^ lol Yesterday I came here and saw posts like, who said double eyelids don’t hurt! I got completely freaked out, and this morning I thought, should I call the hospital and say I’m not doing it? Then, when I go, I’ll try my best to make the director talk me out of it, and if I can get my money refunded, I’ll come home - I went with that kind of thought ^ㅡ^;; but in the end I came back with bandages on my eyes too ^ㅡ^ lol In conclusion, my surgery didn’t hurt at all ^ㅡ^ㅋ The method I had was short and simple, so the director said I might not need sedation, but because I’m so scared, I insisted and had sedation ^ㅡ^ lol The most painful thing was the IV needle for sedation? lol Other than that, there was really nothing that hurt- lol But if I’d had local anesthesia, it would really have hurt ㅠ_ㅠ Anyway, maybe because it was a partial incision, there wasn’t much of that smell like something burning either- Ah, but even though it didn’t hurt, there was a slight feeling of being pulled in front of my eyes, a slight feeling of my eyes being turned outward, and when they were stitching, there was a bit of a tugging sensation ^ㅡ^;;; All throughout the surgery, the director was talking with the nurses about some radio program and whatnot, and I was like, when I closed my eyes, under fluorescent lights there was this Dennis O'Neil[?] guy in angel clothes lol flying around, anyway it was nice ^ㅡ^ㅋㅋ I asked the director: Between getting wisdom teeth pulled, having acne squeezed at the dermatologist, and this double-eyelid surgery I’m doing now, which hurts the most? He said getting wisdom teeth pulled would probably hurt the most ^ㅡ^ lol I had wisdom teeth removed too, and I just ^ㅡ^;;; I’ve done all three, and the double-eyelid surgery hurt the least ^ㅡ^ lol And when they told me to open my eyes, every time I opened them I kept looking around through the gap, so the director asked why I was so curious about what was happening around me~ I was scared that the surgical instruments would be moving back and forth in front of my eyes, but there was nothing like that at all ^ㅡ^ Right now it looks like I’m almost not swollen at all-! My eyes stick out a bit, so they couldn’t make it too big ^ㅡ^; Anyway, they say the swelling will come tomorrow when I wake up ^ㅡ^ It doesn’t hurt or anything like that much even now, but my eyes keep feeling tight - lol They stitched and tucked my eyes, so that’s only natural, right? ㅠ_ㅠ Anyway, the double-eyelid surgery didn’t hurt at all ^ㅡ^ At least up to now- lol For those who haven’t had it done yet, cheer up and fight on, then go get it done ^ㅡ^ㅋㅋ And there were lots of people saying the anesthesia wears off halfway through, but apparently the anesthesia really only wears off for a short time ^ㅡ^ㅋ I also saw someone at the hospital who had full incision and inner corner surgery, and that person also said it didn’t hurt at all ^ㅡ^ lol For those of you who are scared in advance, it doesn’t hurt ^ㅡ^ Cheer up, and become even more beautiful ^ㅡ^ Me too!!!!
