I had alar reduction surgery. The surgery went well. The doctor gives the consultation pretty casually. If you don't ask directly, they don't even tell you how many mm they'll cut. The manager and staff are kind. But a few days after the surgery, I went to get an antibiotic injection and an intramuscular injection, and the manager gave it to me. While injecting, maybe they touched a nerve, because my buttocks felt numb for several months.
