It’s been 3 weeks since I had my nose surgery at Jeㅅㅌ (My pre-surgery consultation review is in my previous post)

"Surgery information" Nasal bridge - 3 mm silicone Nasal tip - ear cartilage Line - wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line
"Post-surgery visit schedule" The day after surgery, I stopped by the clinic for nose disinfection On day 7, nasal splint and outer stitches removed At week 2, stitches in the ear and inside the nose removed That’s what I did! I also got Aqua Peel as a service at week 2, and it was really nice! Now I only have to go for my 1-month and 2-month progress checks
"After surgery~week 1" (Surgery day 1: the day after surgery) On the day of surgery, I didn’t swell at all, so I thought I must be suited for surgery, but the next day I swelled up tremendously and was shocked haha When I read reviews, everyone didn’t seem to swell much.. I thought I’d be like that too, but I wasn’t According to the manager, some people swell so much they can’t even open their eyes.. If you live out of town, just in case, bring someone who can support you..!
Pain) My nose and ear had no sensation, so dressing them or touching them didn’t hurt But from the day of surgery for about three days, my nose and ear were so swollen they hurt like they were going to burst! It was bearable with just the prescribed medication
But because my nose was blocked and I had to breathe through my mouth, my throat and mouth got so dry I thought they were tearing. I barely slept for about a week
Suddenly from the second day, nosebleed kept dripping from only one side, so I panicked, but they said nosebleeds can happen after nose surgery? After cold compresses and about a day, the nosebleed stopped too
"Week 1" When the splint came off, the nasal tip stuck out like Pinocchio’s nose, so I got seriously worried haha But just as the director said, as time passed it gradually came down! For the nasal bridge, I was recommended 3.5 mm but did 3 mm because I was worried my eyes would look too close together, and when the splint came off and there was swelling, I liked the bridge heightㅠ (If you’re unsure about what to do with your nose, I think you’ll be satisfied if you just follow the director’s recommendation)
"Week 2 My nose repeatedly swells and goes down, so my mood changes every day The photo is from a somewhat swollen day, but compared to week 1, the shape is more natural and settled well into a straight-to-slightly-curved line But as the swelling went down, the nasal bridge also came down little by little, so I thought I hoped it would stop going down now
While applying ointment inside my nose, if I touched the raised part inside with a cotton swab, it hurt like touching a pimple.. I saw the director and had it checked, and he said there was no problem, and since it hadn’t been long since surgery, it could hurt when touched, so I calmed down for now and came back
I heard removing the stitches inside the nose hurts, and it hurt enough that tears welled up unconsciously? Still, for me, putting disinfecting cotton inside the nose and swabbing around hurt more. Ear stitches don’t hurt at all! "Week 3" After removing stitches at week 2, I think the swelling is going down better My family and acquaintances all say it turned out natural Since I keep looking at it, I’m not sure there’s a big before-and-after difference Maybe it turned out too natural? I’m very slightly regretful that I should have used slightly higher silicone
From the front, the nasal tip still has a little swelling, and my nostrils are uneven..ㅎ I like the side profile now So I just only hope the nasal bridge swelling doesn’t go down any more and that it doesn’t get any lower
