Before<before surgery>After<after surgery>It has been 6 months since my nostril reduction. From the beginning until about 2-3 months, it was occasionally itchy, but from around 4 months, I have had no sensation and no issues at all. I also have no other side effects. It is a bit inconvenient when picking my nose because my finger does not fit. I either blow out strongly through my nose with a “heung” or gently remove it with a cotton swab.
I did not have much flesh on my nasal alar area, and my nostrils were on the larger side, so I had an internal incision. I do not remember how much they reduced it, but I think they probably said around 4-5 mm!
After some time passes, you forget whether you had nostril reduction or not. Then when you look at old photos, you think, ah, I really did have it done haha. Sometimes I feel that way when my finger does not fit too.
I recommend it to people whose nostrils are large and want to reduce them.
