To get straight to the point, the doctor is very blunt with reality checks. This is good. Depending on how you look at it, I think it could feel unfriendly. They explained well how the surgery would be done, and I liked that there was no rushed feeling. I didn't do it here, but it's in my top three. They also spoke well about realistic aspects. Things like side effects. The downside is that the consultants aren't great. They pressure you really hard to book on the same day, and their tone wasn't exactly pleasant. Since it's a large clinic, the facilities are good. Maybe because I made a consultation appointment with the doctor in advance, the waiting time didn't take long either
