Both the director and the consultation manager were very kind, and I really liked that they listened well to the parts I wanted. To be honest, because I wanted to look at several places, I didn’t schedule a surgery date, but overall, I felt they were trying to proceed by reflecting my needs without much pressure. They kept shaping the line and checking it for me. They said they would offer a discounted price if I decided that day, but I felt I didn’t have time to think about that part, so it was a bit disappointing. Other than that, I think everything was not bad, though there was a bit of a wait for the consultation.
