I went for functional rhinoplasty. The director explained by separating the parts that were realistically possible from the parts that could be done but would not make a big change. He isn’t a soft-spoken person, but he still explained things well. But maybe the director had a cold, because he looked like he was in very poor condition. He wrote things down step by step while explaining what would go into the surgery, so it was easier to understand.
