Osteotomy + silicone (wrapped in AlloDerm) + costal cartilage + subnasal paranasal augmentation (Gore-Tex) It was my third revision surgery.. They used cartilage from under my chest. I still have so many bruises;; (Is osteotomy usually like this??) My nose is rock-hard (;;;;) The surgery was done with an open approach.. My forehead is low, so they couldn’t raise it a lot. There is still quite a bit of swelling.. The before photo is from when I had dermis + ear cartilage.
