Hello~ Today, Saturday at 10 a.m., I had surgery to reduce my nostril wings and raise my nasal bridge. I have to go to school on Monday with the tape and stitches still on. If people see me, will it be really obvious that I had nose surgery? Or if I say I got hit, cracked my nasal bone, had the bone shaved, and had silicone put in, will they believe it? If your nasal bone breaks from getting hit, do you have to be hospitalized? How should I lie.. Please write some good lies for me I’m begging you
