It’s been about a year and a half since I had ptosis correction + double eyelid surgery, and it looks like this.. Only my left side has severe ptosis, and it feels like the double eyelid has come undone Is it really bad?? I probably need revision surgery, right..? In cases like this, I’m curious whether I only need ptosis correction for the revision surgery, and what price range I should expect it to start from.
Lalaby It somehow doesn’t look like a double eyelid issue, but more like the strength you use to open your eyes looks different…? I think you need to look into that Oh, and for reference, when it comes to uneven double eyelids, I hope you don’t try too hard to make them perfectly symmetrical. You know natural double eyelids are often even more uneven, right?
리저베릐 Whoa, at this level I think the surgery went wrong. Go somewhere else and get it done.
게장간장 [@Lalaby] I originally did have severe ptosis That’s why I got it corrected, but the right side turned out well and the left side is still drooping just the same..
청명 If it were me, I think I’d get revision surgery..
Lalaby [@게장간장] Hmm… Then it seems like the ptosis on one side wasn’t corrected properly. It’s immediately noticeable? Go back to the original clinic once too, and also look for new places and make the rounds for consultations. I think the revision will succeed only if the cause is identified properly.
게장간장 [@Lalaby] Yeah, thank you
미세보통 I think it might be okay to fix just one side again, though
쭁이 Somehow the eye shape itself seems to match fairly well despite the asymmetry, but I think there’s a bit of a difference in the double eyelid line and ptosis.. But since they’re eyes that already had ptosis correction and double eyelid surgery, wouldn’t they need to look at them to know what the problem is? Mine was my first surgery, but even when I went for consultations, each clinic told me something completely different. One place told me to do incisional ptosis correction, another place told me to do canthoplasty too, things like that..? Anyway, the clinic where I had surgery said my case was a size that could be sufficiently handled with non-incisional ptosis correction, so in the end I only got non-incisional ptosis correction!! I didn’t do canthoplasty or anything else, but after ptosis correction, the eye asymmetry definitely evened out, and the eye size and shape became almost similar, so now even when I take a basic selfie they look about the same. For me, they’re matched enough, so I’m satisfied! The cost may be different from mine because yours is revision surgery, but at the clinic where I had surgery, Mi, it was in the mid-1 million won range based on a first surgery!!
디얼류 Ptosis correction might not be enough, and you may need actual ptosis surgery Since only the left eye is severe, couldn’t you just get revision surgery on one eye?

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoOct 26 Any reviews of Dr. G.D.G at POP?
I have sunken eyelids + sagging skin + a lot of fat, so everywhere else told me I’d need an incisional method, but here they said natural adhesion with 12 holes plus ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty/upper canthoplasty would be enough.
Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoOct 26 Revision surgery without undoing the natural adhesion line
I had revision surgery with the natural adhesion method in 2017, 8 years ago, but it came undone, so I’ve been going around for consultations for revision surgery. At one place, they said they would proceed without undoing the previous…
Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoOct 26 Usually, if you’re getting revision ptosis correction, do you also have to redo double eyelid surgery?
I think the ptosis correction on only one side failed, so I want revision surgery, but I heard that clinics usually don’t operate on just one eye! Then would I have to get revision surgery + ptosis correction + double eyelid surgery on…

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoOct 25 Revision surgery for sausage eyelids: two-line method vs excision, which would be better?
Hi everyone. 10 years ago, I had an incisional double-eyelid surgery with the line set high, so I have sausage eyelids, and after losing volume, one side has an extra crease. I’ve been so stressed that I went for just one consultation. A…
