Hi everyone. 10 years ago, I had an incisional double-eyelid surgery with the line set high, so I have sausage eyelids, and after losing volume, one side has an extra crease. I’ve been so stressed that I went for just one consultation. A: Excision + eye shape correction + fat grafting. They said to excise and cut out the existing line, then create a clean new line underneath. If I do this, the line will be lowered cleanly and I’ll never get a double crease again. B: Two-line method + eye shape correction + fat grafting. They said to remove the extra crease with fat grafting and lower the line with the two-line method. If another crease forms again over time, I can just do fat grafting one more time then. At two other places, they said it seemed difficult but that we could try for now, so I left right away They say excision has a higher surgical difficulty, but if both methods are possible, which method would lower the line more reliably and beautifully??

꽃게랑랑 Everyone has different standards, so.. If I absolutely had to choose one of the two and there was enough excess skin, I’d choose No. 1. I like things to be definite lol No. 2 somehow feels a bit vague...? Or I think I’d get consultations at a few more places and think about it again lol
