I have sunken eyelids + sagging skin + a lot of fat, so everywhere else told me I’d need an incisional method, but here they said natural adhesion with 12 holes plus ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty/upper canthoplasty would be enough. I’m worried I might end up with sausage eyes, so if anyone had a case like mine or has a review, please leave a comment

앙 I had it done recently, and it turned out really well.
Reader 3 My eyes are exactly the same, so I’m debating too Everywhere else told me to do an incisional method.. But then again, you might end up having a third surgery at some point in life, so I think about doing the 12-hole method, but then I feel like it might look thick.. With 12-hole natural adhesion, they probably don’t remove fat separately, right?

Reader 6 For me, now when I close my eyes naturally, it shows! Since my skin was sagging a lot, those parts fold over, so I think that’s why it shows that much (just my opinion). But when I put strength into my forehead to see the line and look at my eyes with the line visible, it doesn’t show that much! I don’t know if they removed a lot of fat, but I had a lot of sagging skin on my eyes, and it feels like those things have been cleaned up a bit. But the bulging area above my eyes is still there!!!

Reader 8 My upper eyelids are also bulging and I have a lot of fat, so every other place recommended an incisional method I had a consultation with Dr. G.D.G at POP, and he recommended natural adhesion. How is it?? Do you think the surgery turned out well??? If I do an incisional method, I feel like there would be less sausage-eye effect because they remove skin and fat, but did it still turn out natural and nice even with natural adhesion?!!!

Reader 11 Could I know the private comment too! Everywhere else recommends incision, but only P talked about natural adhesion.. So I am doubting it, like, huh, natural adhesion instead of incision for me..? They even said I might not need fat removal, so I am worried I might end up with sausage eyes..
