1 Year After Zygoma Surgery.

It's already been 1 year since my zygoma surgery... Before surgery at first, with high expectations, I thought that just having surgery would give me a celebrity-like face shape.. Now that 1 year has passed, I regret it. My face has become rounder, so I think my lateral cheekbones look even more prominent, and my face has become too flat. Even after surgery, only the 45-degree cheekbones were reduced, and I was upset because the lateral cheekbones did not seem to have been reduced at all. Still, because of swelling, for 1 month after surgery there was an effect where my face looked a little slimmer. (as if I had fat grafting) So I thought it would keep getting slimmer... but that was only my misconception. In the past, I often heard that my face was small, but now my face looks very big too.. Even though I had zygoma surgery, people tell me to shave down my cheekbones... saying that before my cheekbones weren't protruding, but now they are. Sigh, the stress is really not minor I had zygoma surgery, and yet they tell me to have zygoma surgery; I took an X-ray and went to the hospital where I had surgery, but they said it can't be reduced any further. It doesn't seem reduced at all to me. There is no sensation around my left eye either. It feels like the numbness hasn't fully worn off, like there is no sensation, but the doctor says it's not something I need to worry much about.. At first they spoke as if they could definitely reduce the lateral cheekbones, and now they say they can't reduce them any further. I really don't know what to do. Should I get revision surgery? But according to that doctor, revision surgery would probably be difficult too.. After zygoma surgery, is there anyone like me whose face looks rounder and bigger? The contour is not defined and has become dull and vague. My face is so flat that it looks big. Is it really impossible to reduce the lateral cheekbones?
