I’m 2 months post-op from implant-free nose surgery using autologous costal cartilage, performed by Director Park Jeong-heum at Mighty Plastic Surgery Clinic! First, for a long time I was stressed about my nose looking long because of a hump nose, arrow-shaped nose, and dragon nose, with a whitened nasal bridge, and the middle of my nose was also too round, so I was really stressed about having a long nose + hallabong-shaped nose. After thinking and thinking and thinking about it, I finally got nose surgery! In conclusion, I’m very satisfied now! I said I absolutely did not want silicone, so I had implant-free nose surgery using autologous costal cartilage. I got really scared after reading reviews about the pain from autologous costal cartilage, but maybe because the director performs autologous costal cartilage surgeries professionally(?), I had almost no pain, and honestly the dryness was harder... Anyway, now I have a smooth nasal bridge, a nose that looks shorter than before, a slightly rounded nasal tip that matches my request rather than an overly pointy tip, and even improvement of the white-looking nose... Why didn’t I do it sooner... Anyway, I’m so, so happy after surgery...
