I have a really severe bulbous nose, so I’ve been reading tons of reviews from people with similar cases, but it seems like a bulbous nose is hard to fix in one goㅠㅠ Especially because I want it to look natural, but if it’s done naturally, the bulbous-nose look seems to remain, and if I go for a more dramatic look, my image seems to change too much, so I’m confused about what kind of vibe to choose. For now, I think going natural is better for the future too, so I’m thinking of visiting Jeongㅇ and Jeongㅅ. When correcting a bulbous nose, should alar reduction or cartilage suturing be considered basically mandatory? I’ve also seen a lot of posts saying not to do alar reduction...
