I had surgery around 2016. My face itself isn’t very three-dimensional, so my nose was raised with about 3 mm of silicone. Now, a little over 9 years later, the nasal tip has dropped and the silicone is showing through in the middle of the nasal bridge. It was my first surgery, but I can’t avoid ending up with revision surgery When I had consultations for revision surgery elsewhere, they said the silicone is showing because it is too close to the outer surface of the skin. Looking at photos from before, there isn’t much difference between before and after. The correction of the droopy nose that I originally requested was barely done. Thinking back, not long after surgery, when I said my nose hadn’t changed much, the doctor’s attitude turned cold and said that wasn’t true. I remember being surprised because the attitude before and after surgery changed severely. I recommend looking for another hospital
