Today is day 4 after surgery.. I had it done at the famous ㅇㅇㅎ.. It was revision surgery, so I accepted that it would be expensive... My original nose had some bridge height, but the nasal tip was droopy. So I wanted to raise the nasal tip, and I did it with costal cartilage.. Right now there is swelling in both cheeks... Between the philtrum and the nasal tip... I mean.. the height of the support strut area held up with costal cartilage is no different from before.. When the swelling goes down, does the area supported with costal cartilage become higher...? If the swelling goes down from here and the height somehow gets even lower, I will really be devastated..ㅜㅜ The nostril shape is also round, not kidney-bean-shaped... It was round before too, and I wanted a long kidney-bean shape.. Is it normally like this when it hasn't been long since surgery? And later, after time passes, if the height isn't higher when compared with my old photos ...will they do revision surgery for free?
