I raised the tip of my nose with septal cartilage and AlloDerm I had it done at ㅅㅅㅈㅇ in Apgujeong, but every time I went they said the tip had dropped and kept telling me to wait, and whenever I tried to ask something they’d just walk away Now it’s sagging a lot and looks blunt, so I want to remove it, but there’s no guarantee it’ll go back to how it was, so I do want revision surgery. Is there any way to lift the nose tip by correcting the septum itself??? I searched online and consulted at ㅈㅇ Plastic Surgery, which seems to be somewhat famous for revisions, and they said correction is possible with an open approach without silicone, and it seems like it might also be possible at ㅇ ㄷ, but I’m wondering if that place is okay.. I’m going for a consultation on Saturday, so if anyone knows, please reply
