One week after nose surgery, I got the stitches removed- Taking the photos down~

Hello, I had surgery from a nose-specialist doctor at a famous plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam. My nasal tip was raised with septal cartilage, and my nasal bridge was raised with high-soft silicone. Honestly, I already had somewhat of a bridge, but anyway, I raised it; (I regret it now) Anyway.. If you look above, those are the Before and After photos. Compared with other people, I had especially severe swelling and looked completely like a monster, but through desperate effort, I got my current face back. But today, after getting the stitches removed and looking at my nose, I was so disappointed that I want to ask for everyone’s opinions. First, the nasal tip.. My nasal tip seems to be pointing up toward the sky too much. When I asked the hospital, they said a nasal tip done with septal cartilage comes down after 3 months, so they raised it 10% more considering that. Even so..... ah... my profile really.. It looks like someone pulled my nose upward. And from the front it also looks too blunt. Before going into surgery, the doctor said that after surgery and once the stitches were removed, for a while the nasal tip would look similar to my old nose, and it really is round And the nasal bridge.. isn’t slim at all, how should I put it.. it’s too thick(?). I thought it would become a bit slimmer, but the area between my eyes is high, and the silicone also starts from between the eyes, so now I completely regret it.. From far away, it looks like an 11-shaped nasal bridge. Like a lion nose. -_-.. My friends say it’s because of swelling and that it will become pretty once the swelling goes down, and that it’s only been one week so I shouldn’t worry too much, but for me, as the person concerned, I have to go outside starting tomorrow, so how could my feelings just work that way.. The front view isn’t pretty, and the side view is too upturned. Ah, I really feel like I’m going crazy..
