If you want a successful UU shape, I recommend going to a breast-specialized clinic I had mine done at Grace Plastic Surgery and because the director has a lot of experience, just by looking, they really knew what needed to be done for it to come out natural and pretty~~ They asked if I had a desired size and then told me I’d need this much volume inserted They asked if I had any implants in mind and let me feel everything from Mentor to Motiva They also showed me fitting and virtual simulation I said that since I was increasing the size anyway, I wanted to be a bit ambitious but they told me the limit before it would start looking like bowls, so thanks to that, I’m satisfied with both the size and shape after surgery I really like how the cleavage comes together when I wear underwear and how natural my breasts look when I take it off
