Consultation Review for Breast Augmentation at Dite (Motiva Preservé)

I’m in my mid-40s After my clueless teenage years, once I became a college student, my smaller-than-average breasts became a real complex for me. No matter what I wore, the clothes didn’t look good on me. Even my friends would jokingly say, “You probably don’t even need to wear underwear lol” — such thoughtless jokes Because of entrance-exam stress, my weight went up and down by about 20 kg around three times, so my already-small breasts became like deflated balloons, to the point where it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say only the nipples were left attached.. I always just searched online, got shocked by the price, and felt scared too, so I compromised with myself and thought, “Let’s just live like this.” But recently, after going through many incidents and accidents, and experiencing empty, sudden deaths around me, I started thinking, since we only live once, I should try everything I want to try. So I decided to get breast augmentation, which had been the biggest concern of my life. My husband is someone who has an extreme aversion to plastic surgery, so I was worried about persuading him, but unexpectedly he said that if I wanted it that much, I should do it at a hospital that performs surgery really safely, and he gave me permission While looking into hospitals, among dozens of famous places, Dite caught my eye. A place that isn’t like a factory-style clinic. A place where the director responsibly handles everything from consultation to surgery and aftercare. I only wanted my breast size to be like that of average people; I wasn’t aiming for a C cup or D cup, so I looked for a place whose aesthetic direction matched that, and I think Dite’s director matched that very well. The consultation manager calmly explained the implants and surgical methods in general terms, and after that I met the director too. I took off my top (it was so embarrassing..), and they used a ruler to measure several areas, including the length of my breasts, then showed me everything in extremely detailed 3D simulation, did an ultrasound, let me try on the breast size planned for surgery, took photos, drew the design, and checked everything. My upper body is very thin, my skin elasticity is reduced, and my skin is thin.. Taking all of that together with the look I want and my wishes, the surgical method was decided as Motiva Mini Preservé (minimizing tissue damage). Instead of dissecting with a scalpel, it uses a balloon-like device called Preservé, inserted through a minimal incision, to separate the tissue for the surgery. This costs a bit more than regular surgery, but they said the recovery is a little faster and there are fewer aftereffects, so I think I decided right away without hesitation. I also have a pigeon chest, and my upper body is really bony-thin, so if they only put in implants, it could look obvious. So we decided to do a hybrid method, taking fat from my thighs and injecting it above the implants. Both the consultation manager and the director were very respectful, and what I liked most was that I could feel they were being considerate of me. It felt quite embarrassing to get breast augmentation at a late age, but both of them sincerely supported and encouraged me, so I was really grateful haha Next time, I’ll write my surgery review ~~
