I had alar base reduction at Between! The director specializes in rhinoplasty, so I feel like he did it appropriately well haha. I still think maybe I should have reduced it a bit more, but since my nostrils got smaller, my facial balance is much better and I feel like I can just live with it haha. Since I might get rhinoplasty later, I also think it was good that I left some. The operating room was clean, the scar doesn't show much, and I'm satisfied!
