I had rhinoplasty, and I like my side profile But from the front, my nostrils are uneven, I have no columella, and it ended up looking like a droopy nose Would everyone here get revision surgery because of the front view..? Having to open up the nose again feels like such a burden.. If I do nostril lowering, do they use the cartilage already in the nasal tip?

삿갓킴 If uneven nostrils were originally asymmetric, even with revision surgery they may not be matched 100%. But having no columella is a little... If it were me, I think it would bother me a lot Did the hospital director perhaps tend to prefer a design that shaves down the columella?
