My nose has already had basic rhinoplasty. It was a dragon nose, so the surgery was done taking that into account, but honestly I don't think the dragon-nose correction worked. Like in the photo, I hate that my nostrils show, and I guess I should say the columella line is straight? I feel like it would look more natural if it were rounded. For reference, the clinic where I had my first surgery said my philtrum is too short, so they couldn't lift the nasal tip much.
