Wow~ 9 days... It’s a short yet long time.. I was at least able to get through it without too much difficulty If it had been osteotomy, it would’ve taken two months for the swelling to get to this level, and even with laser, if it were like before, it would’ve taken about two weeks.... The clinic told me to do cold compresses until day 3 and warm compresses from day 4.. But when I did warm compresses on day 4... all the time I’d been doing well without swelling, it suddenly swelled up a lot ㅠㅠ It differs by person, so I recommend cold compresses until day 4! It swelled the most on day 4, and after that it went down rapidly. On day 5, the clinic washed my hair and did regenerative laser care for me.... After not washing my hair for a while, it felt so refreshing and I felt so good.. lol The numbers there are the number of days after surgery~ From day 5, the swelling started going down fast.. By day 9, it was about my old face?? Day 5 was totally a soccer ball, right? lolol Before, when I had cheekbone surgery, after 2 weeks it was like my old face, just a morning-swollen level??? But this time, after only 9 days, it’s better than my old face. Hong hong~ Two days ago and yesterday.... I got some cold wind and smelled some cigarette smoke, and my jaw became hard and tight. ㅠㅠ Right now.. Of course, she meant my eyes. She said I looked so, so pretty....... Ma’am~ I haven’t even had my stitches removed yet.. Where? My jaw~ When I said that, she said ..Huh? It looks the same? I said, It’s because the swelling hasn’t gone down yet~ haha This means.......... it looks about the same as my old face~~ That’s how little swelling there is^^* Since my nose bridge has become higher, I think the swelling also looks that much less noticeable If you have surgery, I think you need to reduce eating and talking for at least 10 days Originally today is the day to remove my stitches. But when I said I live outside Seoul and can only go in the afternoon, they said they’d do skin care, shampoo, and care all~~ on Monday, so they told me to remove them on Monday They’re normally removed on day 9, so I called 3 times to ask if it’s okay to remove them on day 11, and they say it’s fine.. Even though it’s inside the mouth, I’m worried it’ll scar ㅠㅠ If I can feel it with my tongue, it’ll be a huge blow to me, a gourmet! They say it goes away quickly........ But I’m anxious The flesh next to the stitched area has swollen up ㅠㅠ I can feel it with my tongue....ㅠㅠ Tomorrow I’ll have to eat only through a straw On day 3, I stole one spoonful of broth from my dad’s ramyeon and after it hurt, until day 5.. I only ate through a straw.. After that, I was like just eat~~ and ate whatever, even though I couldn’t chew well, trying to eat it anyway, chewing a few times and swallowing,,, lol It’s not good for the wound ㅠㅠ If possible, porridge..... and even that through a straw, blend fruit often If you really want rice, crush it well with a spoon and eat gently.. When salty soup touches it, I feel like I swell Anyway.............. In terms of swelling, I’m very satisfied!!
