A big reason I decided on this place was that the director explained the materials very thoroughly during the consultation There are autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage for rib cartilage; they explained in full detail that autologous costal cartilage is safe and sturdy, but can leave a scar and cause pain, and donated costal cartilage is absorbed by the body to some extent and doesn’t leave a scar, but inflammation can occur Someone I know had autologous costal cartilage and said it hurt a bit, and I was also worried about scarring, so I was more drawn to donated costal cartilage The director said they would look at my septal cartilage first and use donated costal cartilage if needed, and I really liked that They explained that the size of septal cartilage differs from person to person, so if it’s small, thin, or deviated, it’s hard to create the desired nose height, and if you raise it excessively, the nasal tip can drop or turn up. There was no over-treatment at all, and they explained kindly, so I was touched I was already terrified of putting silicone in right away, but at other hospitals I had only been told that I absolutely had to put in silicone and use autologous costal cartilage, and that my septal cartilage absolutely couldn’t be used;; so I was really scared, but while getting the consultation here, my worries melted away.. As a result, I had revision surgery without an implant, using septal cartilage and ear cartilage! My nose became higher in a naturally glamorous way, the nasal tip came out exactly as I wanted, and the slight deviation in my nose was corrected too Most of all, I’m so happy it became pretty with absolutely no arrow-nose feel I can’t believe this is really my nose..
