Before the consultation, I thought I could just raise the nasal tip with septal cartilage or ear cartilage, so I went in thinking it would be around 4 million won. But after getting a CT scan, even I could see that my septum is naturally small and my nose is short, so they said that even though it’s my first surgery, I’d need autologous costal cartilage.. I think it’s something that can’t be helped, and I don’t want implants, so I was trying to accept it, but when I heard the price I got seriously hit with reality. It was over 8 million won, even though it’s my first surgery.. On top of that, I didn’t know it would be such a major surgery, with general anesthesia and harvesting autologous costal cartilage, so I just felt like, was the nose I was born with really that bad? and got hit with reality.. I was just rambling. I’m all over the place and don’t even know what I’m saying

닌자어쌔신 If a short nose is lifted without columellar lengthening, it looks even shorter, so in the end you have to lengthen the nose. People with short noses usually also have low noses, and there isn’t much skin laxity, so you need to put in a strong material, and I think that inevitably ends up being autologous costal cartilage I also had a short nose, and a long time ago I had surgery with only septal extension using septal cartilage, but eventually the extended part got pulled back again and my nose became short and upturned, so I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage and I’m satisfied now... To the point that if that technique had existed back then, I’d rather have used autologous costal cartilage right from the first surgery
