The desk staff were about normally kind. People coming in for petit procedures kept coming in nonstop, so the waiting time was long. The director explained things kindly, and because I was scared, they talked to me, which was nice. But they seemed busy, so when I asked what I was curious about, they did answer, but went back quickly. The price was reasonable too, and the director's technique was good, so I would visit again
