It’s been 8 days since my surgery, and after taking off the splint, I feel like my nasal tip is higher than I expected. Since it’s donated costal cartilage, will the tip come down a bit? I did want a moderately glamorous-looking nose, but it feels a bit excessive. Will it come down overall? And when the swelling goes down, does the nasal tip become pointier? I really hate a pointy look I’ll wait for reviews
