The area beside my nose was a bit sunken, and my upper teeth protruded slightly, so my mouth looked a little protruded.. I did not have nasolabial folds. It was not to the extent that I needed protruding-mouth surgery. I also have somewhat prominent cheekbones, so because the area beside my nose was sunken, I looked older and my impression looked strong. After thinking about it, I had paranasal augmentation. With silicone.. 5 mm.. I had it done at the place where I had breast surgery, so I got it a little cheaper. After sedation, I woke up and they said the surgery was over and took me to the recovery room. I rested for about ten minutes, then, though dizzy, drove home. As for swelling, both cheeks beside my nose became a little puffy. My face also feels hot. Even with swelling, I am much more satisfied than before surgery.. I look younger.. There is almost no pain. Except for the discomfort from the tape attached beside my nose. When I had breast surgery, it was so, so... painful and difficult, so paranasal augmentation really felt like a simple and easy surgery. For people whose area beside the nose is sunken and whose mouth looks slightly protruded, making their impression look strong, I think paranasal augmentation would be really effective. But my nasal tip looks a little lifted and spread out, so I think I will have to get revision rhinoplasty soon. I originally had my nose done 7 years ago and was already thinking about revision, so that is okay. I read reviews here and there saying you can end up looking like a monkey, so I worried a lot before surgery, but I did not become monkey-like lol If anything, I look a bit like a chubby pig hahaha The swelling is kind of cute in its own way too^^
