Day 10 after stem-cell fat grafting

I had stem-cell fat grafting to my forehead, anterior cheeks, under-eyes (above the cheekbones), and beside the nose. I didn’t want the under-eye area, but the doctor said that to fill the sunken tear-trough/Indian wrinkles, I would need to do the under-eyes a little too, so I thought that must be the case. I think I had 9 cc in the forehead, 4 cc in both cheeks, and a few cc in other areas. They say you swell a lot the next day, but when I woke up I wasn’t very swollen, so I thought I was lucky. But of course I’m not some chosen one, and on days 3 and 4 I swelled terribly and didn’t look human. Especially the area between my eyes and nose and under my eyes was swollen and puffy, so I looked like a beast. I had the anterior cheeks done, but I don’t know why the lower cheeks (beside the lips) got chubby. On day 5 I went to work and everyone was shocked, and my manager asked if I had come in after being beaten up.. It felt like people on the street were staring too, so I thought, this is how depression comes.. What have I done to my face.... After that the swelling gradually went down, and by one week I looked human again. Still, even now when I talk to someone up close, I find myself lowering my gaze without realizing it Now the swelling has gone down to some extent, so it’s not grotesque, but it looks awkward. Especially after fat was injected into my forehead and under-eyes, my eyes look smaller and sunken, and my under-eye aegyo-sal got buried. No matter how much I do warm compresses, I look tired, and something feels strange. Even if my face shape wasn’t pretty, my eyes were big and gentle-looking (sorry), so the image my eyes gave was really important to me I keep regretting that I should have more strongly said not to do the under-eyes, but it’s already done. They say the under-eye area has good fat survival.. I’m so worried I could die about what if it settles like this. When will this swelling, or fat, go down?.... I should have looked into the aftereffects of surgery more before doing it... Before surgery, maybe because I was already determined to go through with it, I only saw successful cases, but now I only see cases with postoperative aftereffects,,,
