The counseling manager and director have a good aesthetic sense and are kind But the front desk was a bit... not very good in my memory, and I really didn’t like the way they made me write a review right there and show it to them.. They should have had me write it in advance or not hold onto someone being discharged.. It was crowded with people who had numbing cream applied and people waiting all mixed together, so that part was disappointing
