I went in for a nose surgery consultation and had the consultation with the chief director. The wait was a bit long, but I was satisfied. The director was very kind, explained everything one by one first, and only recommended the parts I actually needed. There was nothing that I absolutely had to do, and for some things, it was more like, this part can improve in this way, so I recommend it? It felt professional, and because it seemed like they understood exactly what I wanted, I felt վստահ.
