I visited because it had a reputation for being famous for revision surgery, thinking I had nothing to lose. I had a consultation for revision surgery, and in conclusion, I was told that the corrections I wanted were things that couldn’t be resolved through surgery, so it would be better not to do it. But the consultation was convincing enough, and the place had a high level of understanding and expertise in nose surgery, so it felt trustworthy. Since it was a revision surgery consultation, I went two or three times to ask about things I was curious about and to prevent any situations that could become problems in advance. They never showed any sign of being bothered, and every time I went, they explained slowly and in detail. The consultant also didn’t just tell me to visit for questions; she relayed them to the director, and the director personally explained things by phone too, which moved me quite a bit. They were very kind, and I felt that they cared about the patient. For the corrections I wanted, I decided to fully trust the director’s judgment and just leave everything to them.
